1. Pantry

Hey, I am ALL about easy and straightforward, and one of the most comfortable places to start a Lifestyle Shift is in your PANTRY. I promise it will be fun and might even motivate you to take the next step…we’ll start with just a couple ways you can begin to make a shift and grow from there.

2. Master Bath

Yes, I know it can be an intimate space, but I promise we won’t tell a soul what we find there! It’s not always easy to tell if your foundation or shampoo is okay to use, or if it’s time to toss it out and replace the item. Using expired products is not only a little gross, but it can also be troublesome for your skin.

3. Supply Closet

It’s not only what you put IN and ON your body, the items you use AROUND your body matter too. These can contaminate the air and surfaces of your home.
